Vision Statement of Naomh Uinsionn CLG

Naomh Uinsionn CLG, which continues to operate according to the One Club Model, aspires to

be a modern, innovative, sustainable community-based and volunteer-led club, that provides a

community based outlet so that as many as possible participate in Gaelic games, Irish language

and culture, for as long as possible.

Our strategy to realise this vision is focussed on the following areas:

• At juvenile level, across all codes, we aspire to develop strong character and skills

through the provision of qualified mentor-led coaching in an inclusive environment;

• At adult level, across all codes, we aspire to attain and perform at the highest level

possible;

• For all players and volunteers, we shall continue to aspire to support personal and group

development opportunities, and to provide a satisfying and enjoyable experience in their

chosen roles;

• We are dedicated to ensuring that our games and values enrich the lives of our members,

families, and the communities we serve and operate within;

• We are committed to active and inclusive lifelong participation for all;

• We actively seek to engage with and include our local community;

• We strive to provide safe and inclusive facilities and environments for everyone;

• We are committed to apply a sustainable development ethos in managing our resources

and activities;

• We promote individual development and well-being and strive to enable all our members

to achieve their full potential in their chosen roles within St. Vincents;

• We will always respect our national, county and club flags and other emblems, ensuring

their appropriate display
