Christy ‘Sweets’ Downes RIP
The Club is deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved Christy ‘Sweets’ Downes this morning.
There’s a lot of stories to be told about this great man yet. The incredible service Christy has given our club over the decades cannot be summed up in mere words.
We will keep everyone posted as to the arrangements and we will ensure that Christy gets a proper and fitting send off from St. Vincents GAA Club.
